Notice to All Web Hosting Users, September 25, 2024

A migration of web hosting users is scheduled to take place after 9:00 PM Moscow Time!

September 26, 2024 – (if the web hosting migration is successful) A migration of VPS/VDS will be scheduled!

 

What this means for Web Hosting users.

1 Changes during this time period and desynchronization

2 Need to update A records if NS servers are not specified! Since IP addresses will change, and domains on the main server will be disabled (to avoid confusing customers!)

3 Errors may appear on websites; it may be necessary to review extensions, add missing elements, and analyze the situation!

4 Port 25 will be closed; please use secure ports!

 

What this means for VPS/VDS users

1 The server’s IP addresses will change (as a result, during migration, network settings may be automatically updated by the software; if not, you’ll need to either contact support or log in via VNC/SPICE and edit the network interface!)

It may also be necessary (depending on your software) to edit it and update the IP addresses where needed!

2 If you use domains, you will need to redirect them to the new IP address; the old VPS/VDS instances will be shut down upon completion of the VPS/VDS migration, and only the current ones will remain to avoid desynchronization!
